Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange & Return

• Returns: If you wish to return an item, please click here to contact us with your Order ID and the reason for the return within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Exchanges: For exchanges, follow the same process—reach out to us with your Order ID and exchange request.

• Condition of Items: Items should be unused and in original condition to be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations

• Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel your order, please message us immediately with your Order ID.

• Response Time: Cancellations must be requested within 4 hours of placing the order to ensure it hasn’t already been shipped. We strive to process orders quickly, so early communication is key.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, for COD refunds we may ask for your bank details or UPI/ QR for refund payment transfer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
